CUSTOM BUILT "Tiny House"

"The Big Cheese LLC" is new to the scene of food trucks. It was built from the ground up by founder, James and his wife, Mary Jean, along with the help of the their family and friends. After 2-years in the making, The Big Cheese was ready to roll out to fairs around Connecticut. To say the least, the time put in to building the truck, was more than worth it. With a quirky menu, and rustic style persona, The Otis Family's "home cooking style" stole the heart of each customer served.
